Rebecca Burrell-Postar brings over 25 years of community and international banking experience to every engagement. Her career spans corporate training, Human Resources, commercial credit underwriting, and commercial lending — giving her a rare, full-spectrum view of how businesses are built, financed, and sustained.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Texas Tech University, and her technical foundation runs deep. As a co-founder of HDSC, Inc., a boutique consulting firm serving financial institutions, Rebecca built BSA/AML risk assessments, policies, and procedures for some of the most complex, high-risk client portfolios in the industry — work that demanded both precision and strategic judgment.
That combination — financial rigor, operational experience, and the ability to advise business owners through high-stakes decisions — is what she now brings to clients through MyCompany Takeover.
